Before qualifying as a RICS residential surveyor, our founder spent over 22 years running a successful construction company in South East London and East Sussex, while also working on property development projects. This dual expertise in construction and renovation provided invaluable practical knowledge of how homes are built, maintained, and improved—insight that many in the surveying field simply don't have.
After two decades on building sites, and now raising a family in Robertsbridge, he chose to step away from the physical demands of development and channel that experience into surveying. Over the years of conducting Level 3 surveys for potential buyers, we have come to understand that many buyers are not necessarily looking at the correct style of house for their lifestyle.
